This Shipping Policy explains how Toxic Tendencies handles shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, and order-related shipping details for purchases made through our online store.
Toxic Tendencies is a clothing and ecommerce brand based in Boston, Massachusetts. At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.
U.S. Shipping Only
Toxic Tendencies currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may not be accepted, may be canceled, or may be unable to complete checkout depending on store settings and shipping availability.
Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Delivery for eligible U.S. orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the items in your cart, total package weight, fulfillment method, and destination within the United States.

Shipping Time
Standard Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Processing and Fulfillment
Toxic Tendencies is a Shopify clothing store and may use print-on-demand, ecommerce, shipping, and fulfillment partners to process and ship customer orders.
Because some products may be made to order, processing and fulfillment time may vary before the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Shipping time begins once the order has been fulfilled and accepted by the carrier.
Tracking Updates
Once your order ships, tracking updates will be sent by email to the email address used at checkout.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order so you can receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information.
Order Confirmation

Toxic Tendencies is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

While we aim to provide a smooth delivery experience, delays can happen after an order has been shipped. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, high order volume, or fulfillment delays may affect the final delivery date.
If your tracking information shows a delay, we recommend checking the latest carrier updates using the tracking link provided by email.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, mail area, front desk, building office, neighbors, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at mrblockhim@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
Returned packages are reviewed case by case. Toxic Tendencies does not guarantee reshipment, replacement, or refund for packages returned due to customer-provided address errors or failed delivery acceptance.
